Dear Fellows,
the GIGA-weekend at Zollverein is coming soon.
Therefore here are some last important information:

– You are able to pay via bank transfer until 20th May 2016, 23:59. If you are going to book your tickets or shirts later, you will be only able to pay via PayPal or „Sofortüberweisung“
– Our online-shop will be available until 3rd June 2016, 23:59
– Make sure to buy your tickets via online-shop. Otherwise you will have to deal with a very long waiting-period.
– Maybe there will be a few coins and shirts available at our information desk. But don’t suggest plenty.

Soon you will get more informations about how to get to the event at Zollverein.

Dear fellows,

it’s only 7 weeks to our great event. We are glad to welcome you to Zollverein soon. Do you already know how to travel to our „Pott“ region? For organized coach tours to us, the organizers should contact us at www.glueckauf2016.de/kontakt to manage coach parking near the eventsite.

We worked really hard in the last few weeks and did many night shifts, but now should all confirmations have been send. If you didn’t receive it, please have a look at the spamfolder of your Inbox first. In case you didn’t receive it and it’s not in your spam folder don’t be aware to contact our Shop team by email shop@glueckauf2016.de.

At least, if you don’t know what to wear at the GIGA weekend visit the onlineshop and place your order, „Glück Auf 2016“ T-shirts only be available there until May 1st.

Dear fellows,

Tuuuut-Tuuuuuuut….did you already seen the steamtraintour in the shop? Enjoy the two and half hours trip through the Rhein-Ruhr- Region in a nearly 100 years old steamtrain. For the railroad enthusiasts among you, it’s a class BR38 locomotive. Something really special ;-)

All participants who owned their ticket until May 8th, 11:59 PM will get the chance to win the whole „Glück Auf 2016“ coin collection including the helper- and even the special orga coin.

Now use your chance and book at the Shop.
Every subscriber automatically takes part in the coin tombola.

The raffling will be on saturday evening on the centerstage. If you couldn’t be there at saturday evening, that’s no problem. In this case we will ship the coins to your given address.

after many good news at last time Anton really needs your help. About 63 preregistered volunteers didn’t acknowledged the registration.

Now we need a lot of helping hands to have a great event weekend at Zollverein. Everyone is welcome to become part of the helperteam. Even if you’ve already purchased tickets for a talk, a guided tour and so on there will be a way for you to take part.

Dear fellows,

today we start sending out the pickup confirmation. Please be patient, it takes some time until all confirmations will be processed. Everybody will get his confirmation, but it will be processed in the order of the order date.

If you placed multiple orders you’ll own pickup confirmation on for each. Maybe you won’t receive them at the same time. If you don’t receive them until 1. April, please contact the shop team. Please be patient with us, there is a lot to do for the shop team.

Dear fellows,

The sizes and colours of our shirts are going to change.
Unfortunately we noticed that our shirts didn’t fit very well. Size 3XL often was like size XL. Now we’ve found an alternative.
We decided to choose a product that is more high-quality. Therefore size 3XL will be like 3XL. ;-) If you would like to check whether your ordered size still fits, have a look at the table of sizes.
There is a little disadvantage while changing our shirt producer: brown and pink coloured women shirts won’t be offered anymore. Alternative colour for pink is cherry/berry. You can preview the colours in the online shop.
